Hangar Kafe in Miller

The food was good, and the prices very reasonable. The decor make for plenty to look at, especially if you have kids with you.We were here in the winter, but warmer weather would give plenty of opportunities to watch the planes, and they have skydiving there as well. We'll be back when it's warmer if we're in the area.

Service was awful the girl couldn'teven bother to smile. Then rudely asked the next table what they wanted. Food was delicious though compliment to the cook.

A unique place. More than likely you will see at least one airplane land or take off while you are there. Breakfast was well prepared and served hot.

Fun place. It's slightly difficult getting to it in a regular car but worth the little bit of extra travel to get there. Everyone is very friendly.

What a great gem of a restaurant! Outstanding burgers, service and atmosphere. They also offer plane rides!

Good food. I had the chicken wrap and my husband the pork tenderloin sandwich. A bit of a wait because of the engine and airplane show but the staff was wonderful and working they're butt off.

How fortunate we were to make our first visit tonight as the place was buzzing with activity! And our meals were great! A truly neat place! We'll be back, for sure!

The Hangar cafe is super cute! It would be fun to take a kid here and see their expressions when they see the decor! The food is delicious. I ordered the pork loin and the rueben. They were both hot and delicious! The pie is wonderful. They have several varieties each day. I had the strawberry pie and the butterscotch and cream cheese pie. The waitress was friendly and helpful and never let my drink become empty.

Super cool. You get to eat a meal, watch planes take off on the air strip, and watch people skydive. It costs around $200 to be one of the skydivers too, not a bad deal. I found this place by accident but I will be back.

We stopped here on the way home from Joplin. I had the fish, and my husband had the Pilots Beef. Both were tasty. We will go again. It was quaint.

My new favorite restaurant when visiting Missouri (sorry Lambert's). The food was great. I especially liked the okra. You definitely need to visit, especially on a sunny day when you can eat outside and watch the skydivers, they literally come down right over you. Fun to watch, our younger kids were entertained the whole meal.

Getting there is one heck of a ride. But once you get there it's amazing. It's a working airport so while you eat you can watch planes getting ready for take off or land. Food is amazing I had open face with mash potatoes and gravy. A salad bar came with meal the variety of pickens would get a rabbit hopping crazy. We went as a group and everyone enjoyed themselves. Those who had room left for dessert had a small but good choice. I'm sure not many people get the chance to eat dessert after such a big meal. But we splurged I took my slice of chocolate cake home to enjoy later. Maybe next time we can see someone jumping out of a plane. They have skydiving there too. If you're thinking about going don't think twice Go enjoy! Bring along a few friends & make memories.

Great cafe in the middle of Missouri farmland. Lots of activity; small planes, sky divers, etc. Great food great service wonderful experience.

Can’t believe I’ve never been here till now. It’s not the easiest place to find but worth the trip from Springfield or Joplin. Fun cafe with American-style food. They bread everything themselves. The chicken strips and fried okra were fresh. Great food overall. They also have a good salad bar. I’ll definitely be back. Maybe I’ll try skydiving next store on my next visit.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere of this place. It was fun to find...it's a little off-road, but I enjoy that kind of road trip.The burger was good, but it seemed like the catfish I ordered was frozen. Our waitress didn't look happy with her job. She said all the right things, but never smiled.I WILL GO BACK.

Was a nice place to just sit to watch the planes take off and have a bite to eat. I went there on our anniversary, I packed a dinner and we had a picnic.

Their road signs caught our eye on the way to Red Oak II so we decided to check it out. It’s classic diner food with an aviation theme. The food was decent and there are some nice vintage autos for taking selfies.
